The following listings are prohibited: • Illegal or stolen goods. • Weapons and ammunition. • Drugs and controlled substances. • Counterfeit or replica products. • Content that infringes intellectual property rights. • Any product that violates Iraqi law.
All transactions occur directly between the buyer and seller. Bala Bazaar bears no responsibility for product quality, delivery, or payments. We recommend inspecting products before purchase and agreeing on payment methods in advance.
Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from use of the platform or transactions between users.
